  3. Click Create Event.

Adding booking tiers

After saving the event, you need to add at least one booking tier so customers can book:
  1. From the event page, click Add Booking Tier.
  2. Choose the type: Ticket (entry pass) or Reservation (table/area).
  3. Set the name, price, and availability.
  4. Save the tier.
You can add multiple tiers to offer different pricing levels (e.g., Early Bird, Standard, VIP Table). See What types of booking options can I offer? for full details.

Publishing your event

When you’re happy with the event details and tiers, click Publish. The event will immediately appear on XO for customers to browse and book.
Tip: You can save a draft and come back to finish it later before publishing.

Can I edit an event after publishing it?

Yes. You can edit most event details at any time. Changes to the event name, description, and media take effect immediately. Changes to pricing or availability on booking tiers may affect existing bookings — take care when editing tiers that already have confirmed bookings.
