If you have a promo code, you can apply it to your booking before you pay to get a discount.

Applying your promo code

  1. Start the booking process for your event (tap Book Now on the event page).
  2. Select your tickets or table option.
  3. On the booking summary screen, look for the Promo Code field.
  4. Type your code exactly as given (codes are usually case-insensitive but check if the code was given with specific formatting).
  5. Tap Apply.
  6. If the code is valid, your discount is applied and the total updates immediately.
  7. Proceed to checkout and pay the discounted amount.

Where do I find my promo code?

Promo codes are shared by venues and event organisers through:
  • Social media — Look for discount codes on the venue’s Instagram, Facebook, or other channels
  • Email newsletters — Subscribe to venue mailing lists for exclusive codes
  • Partnerships — Codes may be given as part of a collaboration or promotion
  • Directly — Some venues share codes with groups, partners, or loyal customers

My promo code isn’t working — what should I check?

If none of these apply and the code still isn’t working, contact the venue or the person who gave you the code.

Can I apply more than one promo code?

No. Only one promo code can be applied per booking. If you have multiple codes, apply the one that gives you the best discount.

Can I change the promo code before paying?

Yes. You can change or remove a promo code at any time while your booking is still in progress (before you submit it). Once the booking is confirmed and paid, the discount is locked in and cannot be changed.

Will my discount show on my confirmation email?

Yes. Your booking confirmation email shows the full price breakdown, including the promo code applied and the discount amount.
