Some venues offer table bookings or area reservations alongside regular tickets. Here’s how to request and confirm a table reservation through XO.

Is table booking available at this event?

Not all events offer table reservations. Check the event page — if table options are available, you’ll see them listed alongside ticket options on the booking screen (e.g., “Standard Table for 2–4 guests”, “VIP Booth for 6–10 guests”).

How to book a table

Step 1: Choose a table option

On the booking screen, select the table or area type that suits your party. Options will show:
  • The table name and description (location, included perks)
  • Base price (e.g., €100 per booth)
  • Per-person charge (if applicable — e.g., €30 per guest)
  • Minimum spend requirement (if applicable)
  • The minimum and maximum number of guests

Step 2: Select your party size

Enter the number of guests in your party. This must be within the minimum and maximum range shown for the option. The price updates automatically based on your party size (if per-person pricing applies).

Step 3: Add any details (optional)

Some venues ask for additional information such as the occasion (birthday, anniversary), any special requests, or your contact number. Fill these in if prompted.

Step 4: Review and submit

Review your booking summary:
  • Table type and party size
  • Total price breakdown (table price + per-person charge + any promo code)
  • Minimum spend commitment (if applicable)

What is a minimum spend?

A minimum spend is the amount your party commits to spending at the venue during the event (on drinks, food, or bottle service). It is shown on the booking page before you confirm. The minimum spend is a commitment — it is not charged at booking. Your venue team will track it on the night. The booking price (if any) is charged separately at checkout.

After your reservation is confirmed

Once your reservation is confirmed:
  • You’ll receive a booking confirmation email.
  • Your booking is saved in the My Bookings tab in the XO app.
  • On the night, give your name or booking reference at the entrance. The venue team will check you in from their list.
Table reservations do not use QR code scanning. Give your name at the door and the staff will find your booking.

Can I change the number of guests after booking?

Contact the venue directly to request changes after a booking is confirmed. The venue’s contact details are shown on the event page and in your booking confirmation email.
