All your bookings are saved in the XO app. You can view them, access your QR code entry passes, and keep track of upcoming events — all from the My Bookings tab.

Viewing your bookings

  1. Open the XO app.
  2. Tap the My Bookings tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. You’ll see two sections:
    • Upcoming — Events that are in the future with confirmed bookings
    • Past — Events that have already happened
Tap any booking to see the full details.

Accessing your entry pass (QR code)

For ticket bookings, each ticket in your order has its own QR code entry pass.
  1. In My Bookings, tap the event you want to attend.
  2. Your entry passes are displayed as cards — one per ticket.
  3. Tap a card to expand it and see the full QR code.
  4. At the venue entrance, show the QR code on your screen to be scanned.
Tip: Increase your screen brightness before arriving — QR codes are easier to scan when the screen is bright.

I can’t find my entry pass — what should I do?

If you can’t see your entry pass in the app:
  1. Check your email — A confirmation email with your entry passes was sent when your booking was confirmed. Search for an email from XO.
  2. Check your booking status — Your booking must be in Confirmed status to have an entry pass. If it shows as Pending or Declined, the pass has not been issued yet.
  3. Log in to the right account — Make sure you’re logged in with the same email you used when booking.
  4. Check for a payment issue — If payment wasn’t completed, the booking may be in Pending or Declined status.

I received a booking confirmation but no QR code

For ticket bookings: QR codes are generated automatically when the booking is confirmed. Check your email for the confirmation — the passes are attached or linked. For reservation bookings: Reservations do not use QR codes. You simply give your name at the venue entrance and staff will find your booking on their system.

What if my phone is dead or I don’t have the app?

Your confirmation email also contains your entry passes. Show the email at the door. If you also don’t have the email, the venue staff can look up your booking by your name — contact the venue in advance if you’re concerned.

What do the booking statuses mean?

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation policies are set by each venue. If you need to cancel:
  1. Contact the venue directly using the email or phone number on your booking confirmation.
  2. Refund eligibility depends on the venue’s policy and how close to the event you are cancelling.
XO does not process refunds directly — these are handled by the venue through their payment provider.
