# How do I view and filter bookings?

> Use the Events & Bookings panel to search, filter, and manage all your event bookings.

The **Events & Bookings** section of the admin panel gives you a complete view of all bookings across your events. You can filter, search, and take actions on bookings from this single screen.

## Getting to your bookings

1. Log in to the admin panel and select your venue.
2. Click **Events & Bookings** in the left menu.
3. The bookings list loads with your most recent bookings.

## Filtering bookings

### By event

Use the **Event** dropdown at the top to select a specific event. Once you select an event:

* A **Sub-Event** dropdown appears if the event has sub-events.
* An **Occurrence** dropdown appears if the event is recurring, letting you filter by date.

### By status

Bookings are grouped into tabs by status:

| Tab           | Bookings shown                              |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **Confirmed** | Paid and confirmed bookings (active)        |
| **Approved**  | Approved but awaiting final confirmation    |
| **Pending**   | Submitted, awaiting payment or approval     |
| **Waitlist**  | On the waiting list                         |
| **Draft**     | Started but not submitted                   |
| **Declined**  | Declined or payment failed                  |
| **Cancelled** | Cancelled bookings                          |
| **Arrived**   | Guests who have been scanned in at the door |
| **Past**      | Bookings from completed events              |

### By search

Use the search bar to find a specific booking by:

* **Booking ID or reference number**
* **Customer name**

## Reading the booking list

Each row in the booking list shows:

| Column            | Description                                    |
| ----------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| Booking reference | Unique booking number                          |
| Customer name     | Name on the booking                            |
| Event             | Event name (useful when not filtered by event) |
| Booking type      | Ticket or Reservation                          |
| Items             | What was booked (tier name and quantity)       |
| Total             | Amount paid                                    |
| Status            | Current booking status                         |
| Date              | Booking creation date                          |

## Taking action on a booking

Click any booking row to open the booking detail view. From there you can:

* View full booking details including items, pricing, and entry passes
* Update the booking status (confirm, approve, decline, cancel)
* Add or edit internal notes
* View QR codes for individual entry passes

For bulk actions (e.g., confirming multiple bookings at once), use the checkboxes on the left of each row and then select the action from the **Bulk Actions** menu.

## Attendance counter

At the top of the screen, you'll see a live attendance counter:

* **Bookings made** — Total confirmed bookings for the selected event/occurrence
* **Bookings arrived** — Number of guests who have been scanned in

This updates in real time as your door team scans entry passes.
