# How do I access the admin dashboard?

> Navigate the XO admin panel — Events, Bookings, and Settings sections explained.

The XO admin dashboard is your central hub for managing events, bookings, and check-ins — all in one place.

## Logging in

1. Go to [admin.thexo.app](https://admin.thexo.app).
2. Enter your email and password and click **Log in**.
3. If you manage multiple venues, select the relevant store from the dashboard.

## Navigating the dashboard

Once inside your store, the left-hand navigation menu contains all XO-related sections:

| Menu item             | What it does                                                     |
| --------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Events**            | Create and manage your events, booking tiers, and schedules      |
| **Events & Bookings** | View, filter, and manage all bookings across your events         |
| **Settings**          | Configure your venue profile, users, payment providers, and more |

## Events section

The **Events** section is where you:

* Create new events
* Edit existing event details (name, description, date, media)
* Add and configure booking tiers (ticket types and reservation options)
* Set up recurring schedules or sub-events

## Events & Bookings section

The **Events & Bookings** section is where you:

* View all bookings filtered by event, status, date, or occurrence
* Update booking statuses (confirm, approve, decline, cancel)
* Create admin bookings (guest list / complimentary entries)
* Scan entry passes at the door using your device's camera
* Export booking data to Excel

## I can't see the Events menu — what's wrong?

If you don't see the Events menu, it may mean:

* Your account role doesn't have event management permissions — contact your Store Admin.
* XO events are not enabled for your account — contact XO support at [support@thexo.app](mailto:support@thexo.app).
